Offer Terms

The $99 Five-Fix Visual Plan includes five evidence-backed findings, annotated current-state visuals, proposed directions, and a prioritized implementation scope. Concepts are recommendations and are not live website changes.

The visual plan is the only initial purchase. After delivery, the client may implement the recommendations independently or request a separate written implementation scope and price.

Any optional implementation work starts only after its separate payment clears, intake is complete, scope is accepted in writing, and safe temporary access is available.

Refund Policy

If the initial review cannot find five useful, specific fixes or recommendations, the $99 visual-plan payment is refunded. Once a complete visual plan has been delivered, its fee is not refundable.

Scope Boundaries

LeakFix Desk does not provide legal advice, legal accessibility compliance certification, security certification, guaranteed search rankings, guaranteed bookings, guaranteed revenue, full redesigns, full SEO campaigns, paid ads management, or custom software unless separately scoped.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business details, website goals, and platform access.
Review public-facing business, medical, pricing, promotional, credential, and claims-related content before publication.
Use temporary access, collaborator invites, staging, backups, or pull requests where practical.
Do not send shared personal passwords.

Approval Before Publishing

Public-facing copy, offer claims, regulated/medical language, pricing details, booking links, forms, third-party scripts, plugins, and embeds should be approved before going live.
