LeakFix Desk uses client and prospect information to respond to inquiries, perform mini-scans, deliver paid services, send service follow-up, and maintain delivery records.
Information Used
Typical information includes business name, website URL, contact name, email address, primary website goal, public website observations, intake answers, delivery notes, QA notes, and service correspondence.
How Information Is Used
- Respond to mini-scan and service inquiries.
- Prepare audits, scope notes, implementation plans, QA checks, and delivery reports.
- Coordinate payment, intake, temporary access, and follow-up related to the service.
- Maintain internal records of what was changed, tested, and delivered.
What Is Not Sold
LeakFix Desk should not sell client or prospect information. Information is used to deliver and improve the service.
Access And Credentials
Use temporary access, collaborator invites, staging, backups, or pull requests where practical. Do not send shared personal passwords. Sensitive credentials should be stored only in the owner's approved password manager or account system, not in plain text documents.
Retention And Requests
Privacy, access, deletion, or correction requests can be sent to hello@leakfixdesk.com. Some service records may need to be retained for ordinary business, accounting, quality, or dispute-resolution purposes.
